S&B’s Burger Joint is a great restaurant located at the University Mall in Carbondale. Since I first got here a lot of the friends I started to make told me this was the restaurant to go too. Since being in Carbondale I’ve went there multiple times. Outside one occurrence, I have had always good service and good food. S&B’s has a great option of appetizers like potato skins, chicken quesadillas, wings, or a big favorite smothered fries. After appetizers you have plenty options of burgers or you can even create your own. They do have other options but they pride themselves on there burgers. Every burger I’ve had from S&B’s has been very good, always has a nice juicy taste to it with a quality brioche bun. I would give the Burger Joint a 7.5/10.
